Charlie Sheen will be waiting an additional week to find out if he is allowed to have contact with his wife Brooke Mueller. Their court date relating to the protection order against the actor was postponed.
Sheen is facing charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief after a domestic dispute with his wife on Christmas morning, which had him arrested in Aspen, Colorado.
A restraining order banning Sheen from contacting his wife was put in place amid allegations he threatened Mueller with a knife during the argument came out.
The case was scheduled to go before a judge on Monday, but the hearing has now been delayed until January 11th.
