Hundreds of friends came together to mourn Adam DJ AM Goldstein at a memorial service resembling a 12-step meeting.
Several guests said that the attendees participated in the open 12-step process used by recovering addicts in programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous. They requested anonymity because of the nature of the meeting.
Various celebrities were seen entering the service at the Hollywood Palladium. Some of those seen going in were Lindsay Lohan, Robert Downey Jr. and John Mayer.
