Lindsay Lohan to bring her charity work to Guatemala.

Lindsay Lohan is planning a charity trip to Guatemala after returning from a visit to India “a changed woman”, according to her mom Dina.

Lindsay flew to New Delhi earlier this month to shoot a BBC documentary about child poverty and human trafficking.

The charity work has “humbled and moved” her so much, she’s now working on taking her philanthropic efforts to Central America.

Dina Lohan explains, “Lindsay definitely wants to give more back. We are now planning a trip to help the children of Guatemala, which will be filmed by Oprah’s (TV) network.”
