Miley Cyrus won praise for her sophisticated look in Herve Leger, on Grammy night, and is now being praised for her continued philanthropy as well. The 17-year-old is donating her dress to be auctioned to the highest bidder, and that the proceeds were going to the Red Cross for Haitian relief.
“I’m going to auction it off on eBay afterwards for the Red Cross. It’s the little things you can do.” Miley explained further, “I think its really important that everybody came together because disaster relief isn’t just now, its how we’re going to help years from now.”
“We have to restore an entire place. It just can’t be one person, one foundation, one group of people. All people have to come together and that’s what ‘We are the world’ is all about.”
